When you join our pre-launch waitlist, we only collect:

• Your email address.
• Your preferred device (iPhone, Android, or both).
• The referral code you used, if you joined through a friend's invitation link.

2. How we use your information

We use your email address exclusively to:

• Send you a confirmation email to verify your subscription (double opt-in).
• Credit you and your referrer with reward lessons.
• Notify you about Loomist’s launch and early beta opportunities.

We will never sell, rent, or monetize your contact information.

3. Your photos

No photos are collected on this landing page. When the mobile app launches, photos you choose to turn into lessons will be processed strictly to construct your personal step-by-step drawing instructions and are never used to train public generative AI models.

4. Your rights under GDPR

If you are located in the European Union or Spain, you have full rights to access, rectify, or request immediate deletion of your email from our records. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us at hello@loomist.art.
