Terms & Referral Rules

1. Waitlist Participation

Joining the Loomist pre-launch waitlist is completely free and requires no purchase. By providing your email address, you agree to receive verification communications and launch announcements from Loomist.

2. 'Draw Together' Referral Program

Our referral program rewards waitlist members who share Loomist with friends and family:

• Joining reward: 1 free lesson from your own photo upon email confirmation.
• Friend bonus: When someone joins through your unique link, they receive 2 lessons upon confirmation. You receive +1 lesson.
• Early access: Reaching 3 confirmed friends unlocks beta testing access 1–2 weeks before the public launch.
• Founding badge: Reaching 5 confirmed friends unlocks the Founding Artist badge and founding pricing tier.
• Maximum cap: An individual participant can earn a maximum of 3 free lessons.

3. Verification & Expiration

A referral is counted only when the invited recipient confirms their email address. Disposable email addresses, automated bot submissions, or self-referrals will be automatically disqualified.

Reward lessons will be automatically credited to your in-app account when you log into the Loomist mobile application using the identical email address registered on the waitlist. Unredeemed launch lessons expire 60 days after the official public release.
